The Sincerest Form of Flattery

**sigh**
I suppose it's time to move on from the whole "Featured Seller" thing. No takers on the "guess whose is whose" band favorites, eh? We're always looking for some crowd involvement.
Anyhoo...

Mazzy was playing with her jewelrings when she came up with this lovely combination on her beanie, using a bead bracelet and a vintage bird pin.

Looks an awful lot like our Harvest Crow, I thought.

She was super proud of it and said, "It's a DamestarBaby hat! See? I can help you with your sewing!"

How cute is that?!

We Heart Etsy!

And they heart us! We're the Featured Seller for this beautiful July weekend. We got to blather on about our clothes and our families and our inspirations and our creative process and our favorite bands and books and our hopes and dreams. I mean, we've always had those grand visions of sugarplums dancing in our heads, but this is the first time one actually danced into our lives and interviewed us!

Read the interview!!

When you're done with that, check out our freshly pimped website!!!!!

Muchos gracias and besos galore to Dan Seward for making us look cool.

Well, zip-pa-dee-do-da, it's such a good day. Please pardon us while we resume shrieking and jumping up and down.

Did I mention WE'RE THE FEATURED SELLER!?

...and that we have a new website?!

Go, Baby, Go!

Bright Lights, Big City

OK, small town. Small enough town that the county fair is an annual event we'd never miss. I mean, when else can you send the girls on rides like these and see our local party band in one night. Family fun for everyone.

Camping in the Canyon

'Tis the season where we pack up our kids and our friends and their kids and way too much gear and head to the redwoods for some grimy relaxation. The tally this year was a cool dozen adults and 7 kids under six. Late nights, early mornings, too many beers, not enough diapers, homemade marshmallows and singalong songs. We wish Summer lasted all year.

Papa Panties

I know that Fathers Day was weeks ago, but I tend to constantly run about 2 weeks behind. So I am finally sharing the papa panties we made. Scarlett drew the cowboy and I embroidered them on.

I love making funny gifts that I can guilt my husband into wearing (and letting me photograh and post on the internet.)
